Ever since Liz obtained her Remedial Massage Diploma through the NSW School of Massage, she has loved the opportunity to be able to help people ease their pain and relax with her variety of techniques. Liz has a great feel for the human body and understands the importance that massage has both physically and mentally on the body. Liz recognises the significance of the effect massage has on relieving stress along with improving brain function and mood.
Outside of work, Liz appreciates spending time in nature, watching sunsets and hanging out with her friends and family.
Liz is currently at Total Health Brookvale every Tuesday and Thursday and is Health Fund Claimable.
